The Method:
Peel your potatoes.
The Hack: Place chopsticks on either side of the potato to prevent cutting all the way through.
Cut: Slice vertically on one side, flip the potato over, and slice diagonally on the other side.
Soak in salted water to open the cuts.
Coat in your favorite seasoned flour mix (Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt).
