Today, I made confit de canard or Duck Confit, one of the most classic French Bistro style cuisine! The confit duck is extremely tender with crispy skin. Paired togehter with salad and potatoes, is one of my favorite French dishes of all time!

I will also be using duck confit for further dishes I will be making for my duck series so stay tuned for that!
