Paris Brest with hazelnut butter cream and chocolate mouse. Crispy choux pastry filled with hazelnut French Butter cream and chocolate mouse filled choux ring in the middle. I use Nutella to flavour this French butter cream.
French pastry chef Louis Durand created a dessert to resemble the wheel of a bicycle to commemorate the Paris to Breast bicycle race. My Paris brest got Two wheels 😊.
