Onion-baked Pork Chops
Makes : 4 servings Preparation Time5 minsCooking Time20 mins
Ingredients List
2 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick, (about 3 lbs.)
2 egg, well beaten
some flour for dredging
Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine Onion Soup Mix with bread crumbs ( or you can use cornflakes or Panko bread crumbs.
Dredge the pork chops in flour all sides
Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. On baking sheet, arrange chops ( I would line with parchment paper)
Bake for 20 minutes or until chops are done. flip after first 10 minutes
your internal temperature should read
145°.
