This cookbook has made me marriage material. The recipes are easy to follow, and the results are seriously better than anything I have cooked in 40 something years!
Like any recipe, one must know to modify on the fly if something is not working out as planned. We have found this book excellent as a guide for ideas.
Do some recipes need modifications? Yes. These usually involve minor cooking time (a few minutes) and seasoning (to taste). We love this book and have made some great meals.
