Serpentières 1 er Cru I think is Guillemot’s flagship cuvée. Found it juicy and delicious, with both mulled strawberry and floral signatures. Caught some smokiness and herbal hints. The finish is lip-smacking, all-in-all satisfying. Fine way to get the work week rolling!
