This is a wine and cheese pairing video where I have paired Carbardes red wine with a Cheese Factory Ginger Cheese gingerbread man truckle.

The wine bottle has a synthetic cork, the wine itself is nice, fruity tasting, plummy, and has a very slightly sweet dry flavour.
The cheese comes in a truckle shaped like a gingerbread wine, which is an interesting presentation. It goes down nicely, with no poor flavours in the throat.
I tried the arm from the waxed cheese truckle. The arm came away quite fast. It’s a blended flavoured cheese, so it has that light texture, but the taste is nice, christmas biscuity.
I like this combination of Wine and Cheese.
