I’m in the dining room (again) and we are finishing things up today! I can’t tell you how much i am loving this space! It’s finally looking the way I’ve wanted it to look with all my recent finds that work so well!
Some of you will remember that I bought a used corner cabinet piece on Facebook marketplace last year and gave it a makeover. Well today we are going to decorate it and you guessed it— in my favorite French Country style! 🐓

V , I believe you have given me a blast from the past.I believe you called them peacocks but I had some that were from Home Interior many years ago and they were called pheasants.I got rid of mine and have seen them several times over the years in decorating shows and wished I still had them.After seeing yours today painted with chalk paint I may have to look for them.Yours may not be Home Interior but they are a good dupe if not.

My hometown does an Antique Festival every spring and fall and it started today. I bought several bird and chicken treasures. They are a timeless love of mine and I love your inspiration on how to decorate with them!

I have almost this exact cabinet. Mine has an arched top, so it’s not easy to set decor on top of it. It’s older and I got it on F marketplace. I love it. It’s got its original glazed tan paint and some tole decor painting on the doors and it has the chicken wire. I wanted an arch top❤️ for something different. Your is lovely.
