French Dip Sandwiches that melt in your mouth

Slow-braised chuck roast, loaded with garlic, herbs, and rich au jus… piled high on toasted bread with melty cheese. This one is pure comfort food and worth every minute ⏳

Ingredients:
• 2–4 lb chuck roast
• Coarse salt & cracked pepper
• 1 tsp fresh thyme
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary
• 3–4 bay leaves
• 4 cups beef broth
• 1 cup dry red wine
• 5 cloves garlic, chopped
• ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Bring roast to room temp, pat dry, and season generously.
Sear in a hot Dutch oven with olive oil until browned on all sides. Remove.
Sauté sliced onion until caramelized, then add garlic.
Pour in broth, wine, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and herbs—bring to a simmer.
Return roast, cover, and bake at 300°F for ~1 hour per pound.
Shred, load onto toasted bread with cheese, and dip into that rich au jus 🔥
