Celebrate National French Fry Day the right way 🍟✨

I’m finally sharing our ultimate family secret to making frozen french fries taste just like restaurant-style fries at home. This simple trick was passed down to me years ago, and trust me… it’s a total game changer.

💡 The secret? Beef Tallow!

Just add 1–2 tablespoons of beef tallow to your baking sheet before cooking your frozen fries according to the package directions. That’s it! You’ll get perfectly crispy, golden, and flavorful fries every single time.

I always recommend using grass-fed beef tallow for the best taste—you can usually find it in your local grocery store.

Try it yourself and let me know what you think… you might never go back to making fries the old way 😍

Enjoy your fries! 🍟

  1. Yes, but even if you buy frozen French fries, they're made with seed oils and they're so detrimental to our health, they're inflammatory, they're junk and trash, so they should make them without that. And then we can start with that , or I'll just make our own french fries , cut them from a potato and make them

  2. Thank you for your channel
I grew up without parents and I missed out on good life advice.
I am trying to catch up now in my 20's ❤

  3. My mom(born 1913) kept a crock of beef fat for cooking chopped up potatoes. And that’s why in all my 60 years in this country I have yet to find a tasty French fry

  4. Great idea! Beef tallow is what restaurants used to cook French fries in! That is why they were so good!

  5. This is great. Another great one is bacon fat mixed with duck fat. That’s a combo I tried and it’s fabulous

  6. I spray the fries with avocado oil and put them in my air fryer. Then sprinkle with salt. Fast light and airy crispy and delicious.

  7. McDonald stopped it because it was suppose to be bad for you and now it's good for you. Go figure!
