I would put them on a shelf and maybe add a frame or canvas or something in front of them to hide the wires
Fake/hollowed out stack/row of books on the table itself to cover WiFi box. I think it’s called a covobox on Etsy. And a framed picture, or a Samsung Frame over the outlets. I did this over my dining table in my living room.
Tough one with the odd outlet placement. Maybe try a floating shelf and bundle the wires so they take up less space. Put whatever you’d like on the shelf to draw attention away from the outlet- photos, knickknacks, etc.
Could maybe get away with something made of fabric like a smaller tapestry, but might look odd if the bottom goes all the way to the table.
Something like this (other companies make diff sizes. Then cover with a picture. A lot of these are designed to be cut in old work (sheetrocked walls already exist)

As a dude, here’s what I’d do: Install a floating shelf several inches below the receptacles. Add a large decorative picture on the right, leaning against the wall to leave space for cables. Place the router on the shelf in the middle. Then add some trinkets/tchotchkes/led candles on the left to offset the visual imbalance. Use velcro cable straps to clean up the excess wires.

Long floating shelf with basket /nice box on on side for the stuff / to hide the outlets & something decorative on the other side (plant, fake plant, knickknack)
