  3. Hello from Greece!
Thank you for your wonderful recipe video!

Try leaving the melted butter for last.
Instead of oiling up,knead in the melted butter.

I find the tsoureki/brioche become more moist ☺️

  4. I know it's not traditional, and I'm gonna get flak for saying it, but feels like a bunch of raisins inside would taste divine

  5. We kinda got the same thing in bulgaria, but we bake into a big loaf and call it “kozunak”. We put chocolate/turkish delight/almonds or whatever you want in it. My personal favourite is kozunak w/nutella inside.

  6. Greetings, "καλή Ανάσταση" (tonight, in about 17h from now) and blessings to all.
Please, to all those who will try to replicate this recipe and you want a good result.. please.. DONT USE INSTANT YEAST. Thank you!

  7. Fun fact. In Greece when someone busts your balls we say «Μου τα έκανες τσουρέκια» mu ta ekanes tsourekia.

  8. Teach me how to bake Jewish Challah without telling me you're teaching me how to bake Jewish Challah. 😂
