Ingredients
• Cleaned shrimp
• 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Chopped parsley
• Roasted garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Olive oil
• A little chopped onion
• 1 small glass of cream
• 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
• Chopped green onion
• Sandwich bread
• Arugula
• Edible flowers
Method
1. Fill a pot with water and squeeze in the juice of 1 lemon. Add the shrimp and boil for about 10 minutes. Remove the shrimp, let them cool slightly, then chop them into smaller pieces. Set aside.
2. In a small pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the chopped parsley, roasted garlic, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well, then set aside.
3. To make the sauce, add a little olive oil to a pan and sauté the chopped onion for a short time until softened. Pour in the cream, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped green onion, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir over low heat for about 1 minute until combined. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
4. Slice the sandwich bread in half. Spread the parsley garlic butter mixture all over the bread.
5. Add a layer of arugula on top, then place the chopped shrimp over it.
6. Spoon the creamy Parmesan sauce over the shrimp.
7. Finish with edible flowers, place the top bread on, cut the sandwich in half, and serve.
