Double cream 250mls
Honey 40g
Pistachio cream 2-3 tsp
Pistachios chopped 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
For Pistachio ganache:
White chocolate 100g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Double cream 50mls
Pistachio cream 2-3 tsp
For assembling:
Sponge fingers approx 55 pieces
Milk for soaking sponges
Chopped pistachios and coconut for decoration
