  1. Hybrid chicken are better. Their health is better because of a thing called hybrid vigor. And they have many other pros (also cons but less) I'm too lazy to say them all.

  2. I think heritage breeds are amazing for the consistency and knowing what you are likely going to get with them, but I also love hybrids since thats how you can potentially create new breeds and improve the poultry hobby as a whole as well
