  1. Xcommunicate😊. Don't acknowledge them in public. They took 12 years of your life, Don't give them the rest. If the (s)mother saw you with your own child in the future, tell your child that she's just a random person who you knew in the past. She'll never know your child. If she tries to sue for grandparent's rights, tell her that she's going to perjure herself and do some time for lying 🤥 🙄 in the first place.

  2. According to Google, the statute of limitations is generally 5 years for armed robbery so the brother will not be charged, but he can be sued.

  3. Perhaps I'm wrong for thinking this way but if that were me I would go after the brother and illegal way and the mother and I would get my 12 years worth out of their rear ends one way or another. And before anyone says but that could affect the brother's child… It's nothing against that kid but their father and grandmother need to pay the piper they made an instant man wrought for 12 years while they live their lives. This dude deserves justice, real justice.

  4. Oh hell nah I'm definitely reporting to the police and right before that I'm a slug him six piece combo and call the police and let him know I just beat the hell out of my brother who put me in jail who was the robber I don't care family or friends screw me over I'm getting payback

  5. Sounds like the same BS my mom & sister would pull. Found out alot after sis beat mom to death- things I didn't know because I had been (thankfully) tossed out of family 15 years earlier.

  6. I would have snapped and put on a mask and broken my brothers legs with a bat. He would still be free. He also would not walk the same for the Rest of his life.

  7. Well if she told the truth she would ruin 3 person life and one then are his son and one of them is her grandson he was alone that just ruin his life but if she told the that ruin 3 life

  8. bullshit story, only thing the prosecution had was a witness, and he had an alibi. No half-decent judge or jury would convict in these circumstances.

  9. Looks like all the comments are skipping the part that the mom testified in his defense – not against him.
His lawyer should have done a better job as well.
Yes, the mom is a piece of crap, but she didn't send him away – the jury made that call.

  10. If I was op soon as I left mums id be going to the old bill and happily telling them it was my brother who done, 12 year old kid or not

  11. And this is a shitty story. I hate story like this. Please tell me the best continuum please tell me there is revenge. Please tell me there is a payback.

  12. My dad took the fall for his older brother because his brother had a family it was only like two years in jail but still very proud that he did that when I hear about it and a little pissed at my uncle that he let his little brother take the fall.

  13. Fake story? So a single mother let her son go to jail to protect her other son who had just rob a convenience store at gun point? Yeah he seems real stable and should definitely be around kids

  14. In my opinion, you might as well just let it go. not worth ruining your brother's family and for your nephew to lose his father.
