We’re staying at a simple free aire (no services, bags of charm) on our way back to England. Come with us to see the village chickens, beautiful school, new sports hall, lovely public toilets, the (sadly closed!) boulangerie, pizza vending machine, electric car chargers — and even a real **ludothèque** (games library)!
A perfect example of slow, real French countryside life after Spain.

Hello, It's so nice to travel through France, I remember going through in the eighties and never being able to find a shop actually open, the same to this day it seems 😅. Don't rush back, it's still winter in the UK. 🫤

What a lovely village. That's the joy of motorhoming – just chancing upon lovely aires and villages. France is such a wonderful place for motorhomes and campervans.
Can't believe you're still out there in Europe – you have a great trip meeting up with friends and family.
