Maybe you guys can help me? I feel like I’ve put so much effort into this room, but it still feels, I don’t know… unfinished? Or maybe unbalanced? Am I crazy or totally missing something obvious? Thanks in advance!
Larger area rug, floor length curtains for the side windows. Personally I would paint the walls a dark color to make it look cozy.

It looks really good honestly. My only suggestion is a larger rug and maybe a thin wood table behind the sofa where you can put plants and other decorations.

The accent chairs are way too close to each other. It makes the sitting area look really cramped and a little awkward. I would rotate the whole setup so that the couch faces the fireplace and the 2 accent chairs are on either side (but still in front) of the fireplace facing the couch.

May I ask why there is so much space between the back of your couch and the window?

Everything looks a little smushed together in front of the fireplace… larger rug, couch closer to the window (though I like someone else’s idea of couch facing the fireplace with chairs on either side).

I think it’s just too tight of an arrangement compared to the room. A bigger rug and just stretching out the arrangement would be a good start.

You need a massive rug that all pieces of furniture can fit on entirely

I would opt for a larger rug
