Since its launch in 1989, Alliance Française’s French Film Festival has grown into the largest festival dedicated to contemporary French cinema outside of France! 🇫🇷🎥 With over 199,000 attendees in 2025, it’s now one of the largest cultural events in Australia.
This year, the festival is back with its 37th edition, screening from March 3 – April 26, 2026, across multiple locations nationwide.
🎬 What’s in store for 2026?
• More than 6,000 screenings of the best in contemporary French film 🎞️
• A continued partnership with @palacecinemas , plus additional venues to cater to Australia’s growing love for French culture 🇦🇺💙
