Ingredients for the main dough:
– Water (room temperature): 400 ml
– Dry yeast: 8 g
– Sugar: 8 g
– Bread flour: 580 g
– Salt: 6

▶️Equipment:
– Suitable bowls
– Silicone /Wooden Spatula
– Plastic wrap
– Parchment Paper

▶️ Instructions:
– Kick off by mixing dry yeast and sugar with water.
– Mix flour and sugar into another container
– Add the liquid and mix thoroughly
– Start to knead with greasy hands
– Knead well for a while
– Lift up and slap down
– Let it rest for 45 minutes
– Divide into 8 pieces
– Make dough balls
– Let them rest for 10 minutes
– Spread out each piece of the dough
– Roll them like I did
– Take it out and place it on a baking tray
– Leave it aside for 20 minutes
– Make a surface scratch on the dough
– Spray some water on them
– First, bake for 15 minutes at 235°C or 450°F with a fan and steam
– Then, bake for 10 minutes at 200°C or 390°F without a fan.
