What style of curtain should I add to this built in? My guy was telling me cafe curtains, but maybe I’m thinking about this the wrong way. All help and suggestions welcome!
I think I would do an up/down Roman shade if you don’t need permanent privacy on the lower half. Cafe curtains would look great if you do need more privacy. Honestly there is no wrong answer, this is a gorgeous built in no matter what you do

Functionally cafe curtains would allow you privacy and the ability to look outside and enjoy sunshine.
I want lux full curtains bc that wood is so pretty .

Cafe curtains on tension rods and a valance on tension rods

Are you open to a shade? I was thinking a honeycomb shade would keep the light, allow for it to be lifted, adjusted as needed and out of the way. It would not detract from your gorgeous wood, too. I have a feeling that you’ll spend your days adjusting the curtains for light and privacy.
