*FRENCH CREPES INGREDIENTS*
3½ tbsp butter (50 g), melted
¾–⅞ cup all-purpose flour (90–100 g)
2 medium eggs (or 2 large eggs)
1 tbsp sugar (3 tsp)
⅛ tsp salt (1 pinch)
1 cup milk (250 ml)

*PANCAKES METHOD*
1. Melt the butter in a pan in which you will make the pancakes.
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, sugar and salt. Add half the milk and mix vigorously until you get a thick batter.
3. Add the second part of the milk and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
4. Add the melted butter and mix.
5. The mixture is ready to use.
6. Heat on medium high heat and start making the pancakes, as we have shown in the video.
