So happy to see you cooking again… I always love watching your recipes and your wifes response to the delicious food. 🙂 Sorry the two of you were a bit under the weather recently. Same here in Oregon where they are doing a lot of weather manipulation and as a result it's a bit dangerous to be outside very long… They have to TELL you so they call it prolonged AIR STAGNATION… and warn people to stay indoors. Anyways… Staying indoors this much reminds me of COVID and I remember during lockdowns you kept us all entertained and I am forever grateful for those days! Gracias Amigo!
