1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract
200 g sugar (1 cup / 7 oz)
120 ml vegetable oil (½ cup / 4 fl oz)
180 g yogurt (¾ cup / 6.3 oz)
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
250 g flour (2 cups / 9 oz)
12 g baking powder (1 tbsp / 0.4 oz)
🧁 Pan: 22 cm (8.6 inch)
🔥 Bake: 175 °C (347 °F) for 35–40 minutes
