Wow. She REALLY has zero understanding of diabetes, blood sugar regulation and diet.
On purpose of course. She thinks if she picks and chooses the information that suits her, and then claims it’s too confusing with multiple ‘ideas’ of what she should be doing, then she can throw her hands up and just keep doing what she has always done – give in to any and all ‘cravings’ for food she has, and refuse to walk, stand up or bend down.
If only there was a place she could go to be educated about diabetes by actual healthcare professionals!! Or numerous websites from official diabetes organisations that she could access from her horizontal position on the couch or bed.
But no. If she admitted or did any of the above, then she’d have to take some accountability and be expected to make changes. Which is obviously out of the question, as our Gorl couldn’t stand to be uncomfortable or denied for more than 5 minutes.
My mom had Type 2 diabetes and she cut a lot of sugar back by drinking less pop, more water and eating less sweets. She’s still diabetic but her number are very good because she actually puts in effort with her diet. Mind you, my mom is 60. Chantal is fucking 40-something and acts like she can’t do anything to help herself. Pathetic. And she’s only doing it for a man that doesn’t even like her.

Foodie can eat all the food she wants, does not affect me. But her being a non compliant patient who takes away medical resources from other, now that bothers me.
I'd say that bananas, hummus, rice, potatoes and bead (even wholemeal) are not foods a diabetic should be freely eating and certainly not muffins & chips and all of that ultra processed shit! She's perpetually confusing what she should eat as a diabetic, with what is healthy food, with what is food for a weight loss diet. I absolutely guarantee that what is 'good' healthy eating food, is not necessarily good for diabetics, similar applies to food on a weight loss diet. On a calorie controlled diet you can eat a great number of carbs but still be in calorie deficit, but they're lethal for a diabetic & blows your blood sugar. For a diabetic who supposedly knows better than any of us 🙄she's woefully ignorant about how she should be eating. Heck, it's almost like she should have attended a diabetes class recommended by a doctor!!!!!

Wow! It must be nice to afford to be able to wear your clothes one time and wash them. I wear my shirts 2-3 times and my pants about 3 times. I can't even afford laundry soap or a laundromat, I haven't been able to in 8 years now. I hand wash my clothes using bar soap, you gotta do what you gotta do.

14:12 I’m a respiratory therapist and she is doing that inhaler all wrong 🤦♂️ it’s supposed to be one puff at a time. She’s supposed to hold her breath for 5-10 seconds after she inhales each puff for better deposition to the lung bases.
