The pan seared scallops in Pernod cream sauce is amazing.
I’ve been to many great restaurants. This is my favorite and I make a point of going as often as I can on the way back from skiing up north. Been dozens of times over the past ten years. The sole and the rice pudding are amazing. I’ve had sole meuniere at plenty of fancy pants places before and they always leave me feeling dissatisfied when I think of street and co.
The best part is sitting in the area overlooking the kitchen so you can watch the action. I love the dessert chef. Watching him do his thing brings me great joy. The cocktails are always amazing too.
