ingredients:
Chicken Thighs & drumsticks 8 pieces
Mushrooms 300g
Heavy Cream 2/3 cup
White Onion 2 medium
Garlic 2cloves
Chicken Stock 3 cups
Flour 3 tbsp
Butter 4 Tablespoon
thyme 1/2 Teaspoon
salt & black pepper

Homemade Chicken Stock:
Place chicken carcasses, 1carrots, 1Celery, 2garlic, and 1onions in a large pot.
Add water (3 L) until covered, along with 1 Tbsp peppercorns and thyme ,oregano, turmeric, onion powder garlic powder, parsley ,1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Simmer on low heat for 3-4 hours, skimming the foam.
Strain and store for your fricassee.
Store for 5 days in the fridge or freezer for 6 months.
