Recipe⤵️ Would you eat this?
French Onion Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
1 tbsp avocado oil
½ yellow onion, sliced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp thyme
½ tsp oregano
¼ cup Gruyere, shredded
¼ cup shredded cheese blend
Directions:
In a saucepan on low heat, combine the oil, onion, and salt
Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until the onion is caramelized and browned
Remove from the heat and mix in the thyme and oregano
Grease a nonstick pan and toast a hamburger bun on both sides
Place the shredded Gruyere and shredded cheese blend on the bottom bun, then cover with the top bun
Cover the pan and cook until the cheese is melted
Once melted, open the sandwich and add in the caramelized onions
Serve immediately

Arkansas, despite being landlocked, DOES have alligators. Alligators are freshwater creatures that live in rivers, wetlands, and bayous.
