🔥🍯 Hot Honey Moonshine BBQ Sauce 🍯🔥
This homemade BBQ sauce brings together Halifax Honey Company’s Zombie Edition Hot Honey and Still Fired Distilleries’ Maritime Hot Honey Moonshine for a sweet-heat sauce with real Maritime character. The moonshine is gently simmered to cook off the alcohol, leaving behind bold flavour without the burn.
Balanced with French’s mustard, Compliments ketchup, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce, this sauce comes together smooth, sticky, and perfect for the grill.
Ideal for brushing on chicken, ribs, pulled pork, or glazing fish right at the end of a charcoal cook. Local ingredients, simple technique, and big BBQ flavour — made right here in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
