Very nice
Pretty sure this was once Winona Ryders house.
beautiful remodel!!!!!
You crack me up. "TULUMMMM VIBES"
Great location and absolutely beautiful. I think I'll take it. I love all of the homes that you showcase, but for some reason this one ticks more boxes. I love Nichols Canyon!
Right off the street? I don't think so.
STUNNING!
amazing home, with so much character details. i love all the separate outdoor areas as well as the heft and permanence of everything.
Beautiful house, but a bewildering layout…
That first room off the guest bathroom was crazy! Looked like that was the only way to access it. 😂
10k subscribers! 🎉🎉Congrats😊
Incredible, but a bit "Winchester Mystery House" with all the tunnels/halls, the bathroom into a room. The black window and door frames really make the windows and doors standout!
When you said at the start that this place wasn't as ornate as some others, I was dreading some bland, soulless box. Oh how wrong I was😂 The layout is a bit weird but every room is so beautiful and spacious. And the outside is gorgeous, even the colour of the pool is perfect.❤
Jose appreciates the time and effort you take to bring us these gems but the camerawork is still nausea inducing. If you go left then commit to that, rather than swerving back and pushing in then rapidly pulling out of a small room.
I believe you mentioned that this was a new lens that you were trying out. As it was not evident in previous vids.
This not a personal criticism rather viewer feedback to help you continue to grow.
ATVB and TYVM
This house is ridiculously huge. It seems like every room leads to a different area of the house
