    adjust for preference
    15 grams coffee ground medium fine
    225 grams water
    205F water (adjust for roast)
    pour about 50 grams of water and swirl for about 10 seconds, letting sit for another 20.
    after 30 seconds pour total water and set timer for 4 minutes.
    stir and allow to settle. remove any grounds that settle to the top. this will prevent some bitterness.
    set timer for 5 minutes and practice a bit of patience. (or get ready for the day while you wait.)
    once timer is up plunge to just above the grounds, but don't press them.
    go ahead and pour it up making sure you don't pour the last little bit to avoid sediment.
