    Hey Sarra I’m glad you’re taking your health seriously. I was also having lots of digestive issues and had a colonoscopy done which discovered a precancerous polyp. Hope you feel better soon ❤

    Girl try to take Gentle iron by solgar or fer doux in french; it is a form of iron that doesnt create constipation and other problems

    Ask for Helicobacter pylori (lives in a stomach) test to your doctor. It could be difficult to rise iron level because of that. It can also cause pain.

    Coucou ma Sarra pareil je regarde aussi tes vidéos en anglais je sous titre et aussi peut-être que tu fais un caillots.. Peut-être voir au niveau d'un souci côlon sigmoïde, ovaire gauche, trompe gauche; caillots rein, système urinaire… . Helicobacter pilori dans ce cas cela me parait peu probable.. les examens pertinents seraient pour la douleur en bas à gauche avec presque syncope si j'ai bien compris → justifie une exploration abdominale/pelvienne (échographie, scanner, suivi gynécologique si besoin). A voir avec le médecin je ne suis pas médecin mais j'ai des notions .. Merci de nous tenir informé sur la chaine française car on s'inquiète aussi .     Hi Sara I know what you mean about the side effects for iron. I found a brand that is probably the best I tried and I order it from iherb called flora ferritin. Hopefully it will help 💕
