Absolutely ❤this one ☝🏽
Over 3 million dollars and the basement is not finished. The bedrooms are small the walk-in closets are not customized. The backyard is too small. And I think the bathrooms could be more modern. The primary bedroom the layout does not give a luxurious appearance.
Again, Atlanta always has some of the dopest homes!
I find it hilarious how small the great rooms are off the kitchen in houses in the East Coast over 5000 ft.². In Arizona, for example 5 to 9000 square-foot house not uncommon for the living room to be 1500 to 2500 ft.² by itself right next to the kitchen. I simply don’t understand why they don’t do that here it makes such a nice living with multiple couches tables gathering areas all next to the kitchen.
Side note…where do you get your music? Love it!
IMO, you’re paying for the John’s Creek address. It’s certainly a nice home, but at 3.3 Million I’d expect more usable outdoor space, and a pool, than what seems available of over a 2 acres lot. I’d also expect that at least the part of the main floor deck with the fireplace would be screened in, a proper walk in pantry and a larger main floor laundry room that isn’t directly off the front foyer. As I said, it’s a nice home, but certainly not 3.3M nice. Just my opinion. Thanks, Kesha, and Happy New Year! 🎉❤
Nice and spacious
But not one of my favs
As long as I've been watching this channel, I never commented. This home is beautiful
What website do you use for your background music?
Love your videos! Is the land beyond the back black fixed fence included?
Those kitchen countertops are so dreamy!
❤
Beautiful home. I do wish it was staged a little more though.
With the size of the rooms and the small size of the heating/cooling vents, the challenge for a comfortable climate is an issue. Not just here but all homes built in the last 20 years. Hot upstairs in the summer, cold downstairs in the winter. Have your vents built as large as you can tolerate. And remember that the return vent must equal the output or else all the output vents are pointless. 100 of them will make no difference without a good size return vent…… Retired Codes Inspector
The kitchen is outstanding!! Those countertops are beautiful. The prep kitchen is very well laid out.
Hi Quena, Yes, yes, yes, is all can say. I also love that kitchen. That stone accent wall is one of my favorite features. I love the primary suite. I probably would take out the soaking tub and put in a jet tub. why a jey tub. after a long day. its nothing like sitting in a jetted tub with bubbles and relaxing. I can sit in a jetted tub for an hour. OMG. its the best. I love unfinished areas because I can make it like i want. That unfinished basement is my second favorite feature, I would put in another bedroom with an en suite. An additional full bath. a see a nice theater. I would also add a second kitchen area. a relaxation room. AND of course my recording studio. And a fitness room. I would find a way to squeeze in a pool in the back. I would create a back yard oasys with lighted accents. for the flex room upstairs. I would make that a game room or poker table gathering room. Since I would already have a moving theater downstairs. But overall. the house is amazing.
The first thing i noticed was the different shades of flooring as soon as you walk in. The home is not finish looking at the expose beams in the backyard. The uneven concrete back splash in the garage. I have been watching to many Arvin Hadad videos. He has WISDOM AND TALENT when it comes to buying million dollar homes just by watching he teaches what to notice when buying a property. Great education tool he gives away for free on youtube,
I love the deck.
Finally a cameraman that looks up and shows the ceiling.
This house is extremely beautiful 😍. I know it can't be avoided without a huge expense, but homes should never sit lower than the road. It makes rainwater run down to your home and driveway.
Call me crazy, but I miss homes with designated foyers. I cannot see spending this kind of money for a home that shows the entire living area as soon as the door opens. Beautiful home, but not my cup of tea
This the one! Love so much about it. It's grown and sexy, but cozy, especially when staged/decorated. A 2-story great room is a must for me, but almost everything is fabulous.
Beautiful house.
Except for the man-made stone wall in the foyer, this place has all the warmth, style, texture and color of an abandoned autopsy lab.
I’m going to give this home a “ No thank you”. It always helps for the home to be staged. I wouldn’t even have shown the unfinished areas, that was just horrible. The hood over the stove was scuffed along the edges and the cabinets are giving Home Depot discount. The primary is giving guest bedroom. I would never want my closet/bathroom/bedroom accessible to everyone and anyone. There’s no security nor privacy. The primary closet should have its own W/D SEPARATE from the rest of the home. The water closet in the primary bath is giving Porta-Potty and when the door opened and the toilet seat was up…….😬. The back yard…..what back yard? “Enjoyable Green Space”….then a drone shot of a brown, dry steep cliff with naked trees and what looks like an average attempt of a creek.
All in all, I’m still giving a 👍🏾to support this young lady! Do your thang Queen!!
It's beautiful but not $3.3million, these house prices are crazy
