Ingredients:
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (minimum 30–35% fat)
2 tablespoons buttermilk (or plain yogurt with live cultures as a substitute)
sriracha sauce
Instructions:
Mix the heavy cream with the buttermilk and the sriracha sauce in a clean glass jar or bowl.
Cover the jar loosely with a lid or clean cloth.
Let it sit at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F) for 12–24 hours, until it thickens and develops a slightly tangy flavor.
Once thickened, stir gently, cover, and refrigerate. It will continue to thicken slightly as it chills.
