I would give just about anything to be there right now! I feel like I got run over by a truck today and we have a Winter storm just starting and it's 22 degrees outside right now and by Sunday morning it's going to be down to ZERO DEGREES!! 😂 Remember to be thankful for where you live, I'm sure you are, maybe see you someday if things work out, I'm ready for a change and this property looks so perfect! 👍❤️
I loved everything about this place. A few things I would change. It seemed that as expensive as the kitchen cabinets looked Are they not soft close? And the outdoor grill seemed a bit far from the action. Other than that gorgeous.
Lots of great design features. One of the few garages of all of the houses you've shown that makes a nice statement instead of a big ugly white door.

Beautiful home, it as someone living in northeast, not for me. The builder did a great job though, and am sure someone will fall in love with it. Two things I would change- get rid of dining room and repurpose it. I live in northeast and host large gatherings and mine was NEVER used. The other thing is the granite tiles. If they have it in tiles it’s got to be available in huge slabs, either get the slab or pick another granite out.
Big kitchens are not very efficient. Too much space between stations.

What does the house exterior look like? Never saw the front from the street. Granite tile in the primary at this price is criminal. Overall it’s dated.

This one is perfect for me. The only changes I would do are the countertops and moving the outdoor grill. This is the home I envision for my future life 😂.
