Havent watched this channel in awhile. Emily growth is so amazing. I feel like a proud uncle seeing her not need tomatoe sauce on top of the chilli 😂😅
Wtf is a “chuck”
My favorite chili is white bean chicken chili ❤ served with lime tortilla chips
Rose is the quintessential 😇😇
I'm sorry, but seafood chili sounds absolutely disgusting.
I love me a white chicken chili I wish someone woulda done that it’s the best kind
As a native Marylander, seeing Chris whip out that blue crab made me shed a tear of joy
"Sear the meat and lock in the juices" food science is > common but wrong sayings.
F for poor crab that got viciously sliced in half alive 😢
I thought Lorenzo said “ if you haven’t smoked chilli powder go for it “ 😅 3:42
I'm not a big fan of the bitter earthiness of beans, so I was surprised they didn't do much on that front. I sort of thought they might mention a pre-soak involving a pinch of baking soda and some spices, to make the beans less bitter and more flavorful.
I love all 3 of there reactions when there finished.
All 3 looks gross
no.
rip poor crabby
I couldn’t get past cutting a live animal in half and throwing it and it’s guts into the chilli 🤢
The expert level did not make chili. He made a bad chilli and a bad gumbo.
I'm always incredibly unimpressed with the expert chefs. He didn't make chili he made a bad gumbo
Chili not made in a crockpot isn't chili.
Chris’s dish is interesting, but I’ve never really like white bean chilies. Honestly I think any Louisiana or Caribbean seafood stew would taste better using a lot of the same ingredients.
Chris is so handsome 👁👁
You lost me at Seafood Chilli you freak.
GASP! Real chili does not contain beans.
Help the level 3 chef said cojita instead of cotija ahshdkfk
I closed the video when I heard "Seafood Chili".
If I get invited to have chili at my friend's house and they say "I made a seafood chili with shrimp and scallops!" I'm punching them in the face and walking out
How can we get Lorenzo’s recipe?

LORENZO IS A LEVEL 2 CHEF <3 WOOOOOOOOOO

Chili con carne has NO beans. Beans are not allowed in competition chilis. No beans in chili!
Update, Emily is now a Level 2 chef. She’s been hanging out with Frank and he’s been teaching her. We are proud of you Emily, you’ve come a long way.
It's not the same without the commentators.
