This brings back memories of all the food I cooked for my Lindi. She was sick for a long time and I had to watch what she ate. Once a week I cooked baked chicken with mixed vegetables and barley cooked in chicken stock for her daily diet. I changed up the veggies but the chicken had to stay. I think Miss Ruby liked the everything. especially the carrot and broccoli mash. Very good job to Chef Daddy. Love your videos.
