Tzatziki is a creamy, refreshing Greek cucumber dip with a bold garlicky kick! Just mix Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and dill. It’s ready in 15 minutes.

Happy cooking.

  1. Its NOT Greek!! Its Turkish! Unfortunately Greeks love falsely claiming what isnt theirs. This is turkish its called cacık (where the word tzatziki comes from) the c is pronounced as a j. Greeks never used to eat yogurt or even knew of it until Turkish conquests

  2. DO NOT DISCARD THE CUCUMBER WATER!! It’s like liquid gold. So many properties that are in it that can be very beneficial‼️‼️‼️

  3. I finally bought the stuff to make this and I hate it with lemon juice and where I have gotten it at I can't taste any lemon juice. I ruined it.
