  1. What's up with well cooked meat? I cannot eat rare meat it's chewing to me and feels nasty in the mouth.

I just cook them in the pan and that’s it but I take the steaks out like 2 minutes before they are done, clean the pan out of all the old burning oil with tissue so it’s bone dry then turn down to medium or medium low then throw butter in let it melt and get frothy and bubbly then throw herbs and fresh cloves in then throw the steak back in and baste

    I clean the pan out because the seasonings on my steak burns and despite the high smoke point oil I still get a burned flavour at the end if I don’t clean the pan out before I baste

  3. I think in the kitchen, "a little bit" means something else.."a little bit" of butter, and 'a little bit of ' olive oil
