  1. The mistake that most people make is that they have a tendency to gravitate towards Loin and center-cut pork chops.

    These chops are very lean.

    Instead, buy rib or blade cut pork chops because they will always be tender and more flavorful.

    If you are going to use Loin or center-cut chops, either dry brine the pork chops for a minimum of two hours or wet brine them for a couple of hours. This will make your chops more flavorful and aid with tenderness.

  2. P chops dont have a bad rap of being bland n dry. Its people who dont season their food who make them that way. You literally could buy pork seasoning or rub at the supermarket for like $3. Its not that hard to season your food 😂
