One of the best chefs I have ever watched cooking
Thank you so much for all the recipes
Genius
Why do you cut the onion horizontally?
Only Americans put a meat sauce on top of meat
Can't believe this video was 2 years ago. Completely changed the way I cook ground beef. Tonight, my son and I turned this into chili cheese burger soup. I think you'd be proud of it, Steven. Hope I spelled your name the right way. Much love from Texas.
Chili sauce:
1 lb ground beef
1 large Onions diced
2 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Corrinder powder
1 tsp Onions powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Mustard powder
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
Vinegar
2 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp Tomato paste
1 cup tomato purée
1 TBSP Brown sugar
Watching as I eat a chili cheeseburger at 5:40 am in Detroit. Thanks for sharing. Lol😂
I'm gonna use this and the Whataburger recipe
I gotta add corn chips and fresh chopped onions. Thanks for the recipe!

It's not chili , it's hotdog sauce.
I never thought I'd ever hear someone say it's overrated. It's the limousine of cheeseburgers.
Love the message on your hoodie ♥
Beef broth instead of water
Interesting recipe. I will have to try this. As a Mexican & Texan I would call this "chili sauce" but NY has a long tradition of chili sauces. When I make chili sauce I use ground beef, when I make chili I use only cubed marbled pork. I have had really good Texas chili make of all beef (with or without beans). Yes TX chili can have beens, Mexican never does.
I made this and it’s the best. The chili is perfect
That chilli would be great for chilli cheese dogs I bet
BEHOLD, FRESH AND DRIED ONION!
I’ve made many of your recipes, they are all my favourites, thanks 😋
Meat, cheese, bun, chili. Can't go wrong.
Great Video! Thank you🙂
I am so excited to make this🎉
I would consider myself pretty well versed in cooking chili and the only ingredients I’ve recognized with yours is the meat, onions & chili powder. Occasionally the cyan but It’s chili not Italian gravy so I don’t understand the garlic at all. Plus you have no Jalepenos, no green bell peppers, no celery, no tomatoes, no beans. Chili was/is a Tex/Mex staple specifically because it’s a meal in and of itself, like stew. But hey, I’m sure it turned out great! No hate, just comparing recipes!
Using a beer has to do if you are preparing it for a kid? It's not going to turn back into an alcoholic beverage after you serve it
