Let me guess without watching his videos, he fucked up every steps of making the dish like he always do. No wonder 22 out of 25 remaining Jamie's restaurant had been shut down as of 2019. I have 0 confident in Jamie's ability to cook any dishes.

I remember watching the naked chef way back with Jamie sliding down the banisters and his friends rushing in great music, Jamie finishing off and serving up ….Loved and just been watching it again. I love the passion, I feel the same about food, use the best ingredients and flavours……Hating October 2021 with so much missing and the quality is rubbish. I grow my own herbs….Jamie Oliver's my comfort food in these dark times. Wishing him all the best in everything he does and his family.

I made a version of Semifreddo and it was okay. Probably get a electric hand mixer to whip those egg whites and cream.
