  1. I mean, it's a fried bologna sandwich: the classic lunch of poor folks from the marginally urban South for 75 years.

  2. If i was a celebrity chef and someone else's bologna sandwich beats my top dish id look for a different profession lol

  3. I don't think I'll ever get over the untimely loss of Anthony Bourdain. He inspired millions not just for great cooking, but for traveling the world, making friends, and bringing an open mind to the world. ❤

  4. That’s so funny you added this. just because of him, loving that sandwich and me hearing about it. I started buying mortadella regularly and man am I glad it’s so easy to make and it’s delicious.

  5. No reservations is what partly got me into other cultures food when I was younger. His personality was so much more real and raw compared to so many tv polished personalities.
RIP Anthony. We miss you man. ❤

  6. This quote from Chef Tony Bourdain is why I will always respect him. On October 30, 2016, in his debut of his of Season 8, Episode 5: Houston, from his show Parts Unknown, he said this. “Some people say, make America great again. I say America was great all along. Some of us just forgot why. It's great because your grandparents and my grandparents and just about everybody's damn grandparents or great grandparents crammed themselves, snuck, bought their way or was dragged on a boat. And one way or another allowed themselves eventually to dream. You still can. There's still room. And in some places in America, apparently you are still welcome.
Welcome, stranger. This land is your land.”

  7. Anthony Bourdain was a legend, I hope he's looking up at us, but only because he broke out of Heaven to break into Hell to beat the everloving shit out of Henry Kissinger
