Ingredients:
Brown sugar – 70 g
Egg yolks – 4
Vanilla pod – 1
Cream 33–35% – 500 ml
Sugar for caramelized crust

Steps:
1)Whisk yolks with sugar.
2)Heat cream with vanilla; mix a little into yolks, then combine all.
3)Pour into ramekins.
4)Place ramekins in a baking dish with hot water halfway up.
5)Bake at 170 °C for 35-40 min.
6)Chill 4 hrs or overnight.
7)Sprinkle sugar and caramelize.
8)Crack the crust and enjoy! 🍮
