And truth is the water test you don’t even have to have that much water for it to show you. I usually just use a little bit on the tip end of my fingers.
“Pro” tip, if you have the option, use filtered tap water for the water test it doesn’t leave behind hard water spots, just makes it a little easier to clean afterwards!!!
I've triggered my building's fire alarm three times trying to use a stainless steel pan, and I live in a company accommodation. Safe to say, I've had enough of this. I'll take cancer by teflon over this embarrassment
I love to buy stainless steel cookware from the 50s &60s at estate sales. Well made cookware from that era is non-stick without the Teflon coating. I hate that advertising in the 70s brainwashed everyone into thinking that they couldn't live without Teflon coated pans.

Stay away from seed oils altogether, as they're bad for your health.

You have to get rid of your black plastic spatulas though
KATE, WELL DONE ON BUYING YOUR FIRST HOME. THAT'S A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT AT 26.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
😊👍🏼
Thanks for showing us the same thing 500 other “influencers” have showed us!
In India we use cast iron or Indolium cookware for frying and sauteying. You don't have to worry about anything.
Will scrambled eggs stick?
It's really great for your health to use stainless steel. But change your utensils for wood. Because hot plastic is toxic
Mmmm! the egg looks good too
What are those #'s?? Fahrenheit, Celsius or something new from a new generation?
That "water gliding" is called the "Leidenfrost effect" incase anyone wanna be s snob like me.
Also, are you Westerners JUST realising what oil in cooking is used for ?
That stainless steel pan is a non stick pan. It's just not Teflon coated.
So pretty 🥹
Just make sure is a good quality double bottom one. They're much heavier though. Otherwise everything will stick
If you make the eggs, I’ll get started on our coffees 😅
Sweetheart, use barkeeper’s friend to clean your stainless steel pan. 😊

After you heat it up drop the temp to low for eggs.
Kate – please check a few things about your black spatula. Please consider changing it. @katedavidsun
Thank you Kate you are a genius!
Babe, you’re not gonna start a fire adding oil to one water droplet 🙄
Who the fuck waits 8 mins to start cooking.
We don't have an electric stove. Is it the same for a gas stove?
How long do you heat the oil?
Hot pan cold oil
