  1. And truth is the water test you don’t even have to have that much water for it to show you. I usually just use a little bit on the tip end of my fingers.

  2. “Pro” tip, if you have the option, use filtered tap water for the water test it doesn’t leave behind hard water spots, just makes it a little easier to clean afterwards!!!

  3. Stainless steel works perfect with butter works amazing heat the pan when the butter melts its ready every time.

  6. I've triggered my building's fire alarm three times trying to use a stainless steel pan, and I live in a company accommodation. Safe to say, I've had enough of this. I'll take cancer by teflon over this embarrassment

  8. In India we use cast iron or Indolium cookware for frying and sauteying. You don't have to worry about anything.

  9. It's really great for your health to use stainless steel. But change your utensils for wood. Because hot plastic is toxic

  10. Just make sure is a good quality double bottom one. They're much heavier though. Otherwise everything will stick

  11. I love to buy stainless steel cookware from the 50s &60s at estate sales. Well made cookware from that era is non-stick without the Teflon coating. I hate that advertising in the 70s brainwashed everyone into thinking that they couldn't live without Teflon coated pans.
