Raw banana fry is a crispy and delicious snack made by frying them with spices like turmeric and chilli powder until golden and crisp. This easy-to-make dish is perfect as a tea time snack.

INGREDIENTS
– 4 Plantain/Green Banana
– 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
– 1/4 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
– 1/4 Tsp Turmeric
– 1 & 1/2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour/Maida
– 1 & 1/2 Tbsp Cornflour
– Salt
– Oil for Frying

METHOD
– Boil raw banana for 12-15 minutes or until they are cooked.
– ⁠Peel and cut into french fries like pieces.
– ⁠Mix all the spices and ginger garlic paste. Add water to make a thick paste and add the banana.
– ⁠Gently mix to coat the banana with spice mix.
– ⁠Add cornflour and maida and gently mix.
– ⁠Deep fry in medium-high hot oil till crispy.
– Serve hot!
