Today we’re at @henri__henrietta by @jackson_boxer a gorgeous Parisian style bistro in Covent Garden. Perfect because I am obsessed with French food at the moment! Started with a jambon de Paris, a perfect starter for this London heatwave and I ordered their @thedustyknuckle baguette and butter to enjoy it with. My husband had a very crispy scallops dish with spicy vadouvan butter.

For the mains I was always going to try the steak frites. I’ve seen the green sauce Henri and it’s been calling my name. Absolutely amazing! The chicken is supposed to be a shared dish but my husband polished it off easily.

Date night isn’t complete without a dessert to share and we went for the Sabayon chocolate cake.
