As a former Canada pension disability medical adjudicator,….Chantal doesn’t qualify for disability AT ALL! This is why:
1/ It is based on years of working and paying into the program. You must have worked and paid the maximum contributions to it for 4 of the previous 6 years OR 3 of 25 years. She owes significant back taxes and has not paid taxes on income made since 2022 in Kuwait to meet the 4 in 6 year rule. Since 2022, she owes taxes on that income in Canada because she did not break residency by remaining a tourist in Kuwait, using her Ontario health card on returning, etc. She also did not have a 25 year work history to meet the 2nd criteria. She cannot not pay this in arrears to qualify. She has screwed herself on getting this benefit. To ever qualify, Chantal would need to return to work to pay into the system to meet those criteria. If she ever did qualify that way, she has not contributed into the program for enough years to get the $1673 monthly maximum. How much she receives is based on how long and how much she paid in. She would be at the minimal end based on a minimal work history so she may potentially ever only get a few hundred monthly,…but she could never get the maximum or even close to it. She would probably get more benefit from going on welfare.
2/ People must be deemed completely unable to work in any capacity in full time, part time or at home work for an indefinite period. She will not meet this criteria because she DOES work on YouTube. She cannot be able to make gainful earnings to qualify and that is 20k yearly before taxes. Chantal earns that much on YouTube by eating on camera and live-streaming despite any health issues. This shows the capacity to work in a job that meets her limitations. Therefore, she will not qualify.
3/ She must have exhausted all treatment options and be deemed permanently disabled for the foreseeable future due to a severe and prolonged condition by medical doctors. Chantal not only doesn’t see any regular doctor, but she doesn’t follow through with any prescribed treatment. She can’t go to an ER or urgent care to get these forms done because she has to prove there has been a longstanding attempt at obtaining help and nothing is working. This isn’t true because she has been recommended or given numerous treatment options and doesn’t make any attempt to try to follow through. We don’t award a person with a monthly disability income just because they want to be paid but don’t want to go to appointments, take meds or treat their own problems. Otherwise, no one would bother to try to get better and just would live off the government. We expect people to attempt to help themselves and only require disability payments when no hope remains to improve enough to return to work. They have to actually try to get better. She has not tried. We deny many people due to treatment options being available. No doctor will declare her disabled when treatment exists. She can take psych meds, get therapy and attend a weight loss program. Many people work at her size. To qualify, Chantal would need to prove a very big effort to get better by obtaining a doctor, seeking psychiatric care, taking meds, therapy long term to see the impact, and so on. One therapy appointment and getting over the counter psych meds that she occasionally takes is not an attempt at improving. She has made no effort to get better. A person doesn’t get disability for choosing to not get treatment to get better in favour of getting paid by our government instead.
So she doesn’t meet even 1 criteria. Not 1. She will absolutely not get her Canada pension disability for merely being too lazy to get help.
She sure does have to work hard to keep the multiple chins covered up. Constantly pulling at that collar to cover the lumps and bumps.

Can you believe this sh1t's happening again JS? I've been looking at some old stuff of you & others begging her & Peetz to allow a mobile vet to visit, with everything arranged for them. And, the unfathomable agony of Timbit. To think, Foodie was already calling Smokey "the male Timbit" before somebody went and kicked off her defiance about not letting him go….. Her channel needs to end or playing games with animal cruelty will only escalate more.
So why didn’t she show us how she installed the AC unit since she puts everything else online? It was her one chance to shine at how good she is at doing stuff. If that thing is not properly installed it will fall on someone’s head eventually outside. I think she had the deliverer install it.
