  1. Real eggs and butter are one of the healthiest things you can eat for your heart. There is not one study showing a correlation between eggs or butter and heart disease.

  2. I love the chinese stacked omelette method. It's pretty similar in a way. Whip them with a bit of salt. Cook them on the bottom, but keep it runny on top, but make them thinner. Stack them on a plate and put a bit of soy sauce and green onions inbetween some of the layers.

  3. Amo el omelette, pero que contenga mas cosas , por ej.: zanahoria rallada, tomate, champiñones , jamón y fundamental que tenga queso!
