  5. I like to layer my cheese; a little on the bottom before the soup, a little after the soup, and then a ton on top of the bread. Delicious!!!

  6. Childhood memories relived. Growing up she used Killians Red. But you can find that in California anymore. So Dos Equis Amber. But the beer is essential! Absolutely nailed! Even using the right bowls. Nailed the comfort setting soup! Not to be needy. But would love to see your spin on Beef Stroganoff! No ground beef but with steak! Must be cold in Texas at the moment seeing your breath with every word!

  8. Any way to make this using chicken stock or chicken bone broth & achieve the same flavor? Wife doesn’t eat beef & has been hunting a good recipe

  9. Is there a specific reason why you didn’t go with W Sauce? Just curious if that rich flavor would be to overpowering if we went that route?
